ground service to any of the 48 continental United States. We reserve
the right to ship, via the US Postal Mail, on orders less than $30.00.
GEORGIA DELIVERIES: Applicable sales tax will be added to all
orders being shipped into the state of Georgia. Call 800 883-8828
if you are printing your order out to send in with a money order and need a total including Georgia tax.
LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA:
We now ship many items to military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands, as well as other parts of the world.
Please order by calling 800 883-8828 between 8 AM and 10 PM Eastern
standard time. Additional charges will apply, and additional
shipment time must be allowed. For military addresses, we will
only be responsible for delivery to the APO, FPO, or AE address.
Return and Warranty Policies
Returns:
Since we constantly strive to keep our prices as low as possible while offering quality merchandise, we must impose certain restrictions on return items. Be assured that any item found to be defective (see warranty info), damaged in shipping, or an item different from that which was ordered, will certainly be replaced. We must be notified within two weeks of ship date of merchandise that the defect, damage or error exists. If you find you must return an item for another reason, please be aware of the following restrictions:
No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Call 1-800-883-8828 between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., EST, 7 days a week to receive a return authorization number.
Item must be returned to the following address. Do not return to other addresses that may be on the shipping label or your credit will be delayed, and extra shipping charges may be incurred

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Water mattresses are shipped vacuum packed. This vacuum must be intact, with no water having been put in mattress
A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returned items to cover our cost of original shipping, reboxing, restocking, and paperwork

Package should be sent freight prepaid. All packages sent freight COD will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
Be sure to return by a method that offers proof of delivery, as we will be unable to issue credit for an item we have not received
An item will be considered a return, even if another item has been purchased
Warranties on the products we sell are manufacturer's warranties, not store warranties, although on the rare occasion that you encounter a defect in a product we have sold you, we will try to assist you in handling the warranty properly. Please keep your original store receipt for proof of purchase of a particular item. Warranties cannot be handled without it. Credit card receipt is not adequate. It is not our responsibility to locate copies of your receipt. If the item is a mattress, defects are generally seam, corner, or valve leaks. Leaks in the body of the mattress are considered accidental punctures, and can be repaired with a patch kit. If you experience a leak in your mattress, it will be necessary for you to locate the source of the leak. Once located, if you suspect the leak to be a defect, you can either contact the manufacturer, or contact us, to get a replacement for you, and help you through the return procedure. No refunds will be issued for bedding damaged due to improper laundering or handling. All returned items will be inspected by the service department to determine the existence of a defect. We reserve the option to replace, repair, deny return, or issue credit. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
